My friend and I had tickets for one of the in-store cooking classes that Sur La Table offers, but she has been really sick, and recently lost her voice. Their cancellation policy is that if you try to cancel or change your program within 48 hours of the lesson, you cannot receive a refund or change. I called at the 47th hour to request that we change our cooking class to a different date so that my friend and I could go together. Chris, the customer service representative was really kind, patient and understanding about our situation. Not only did he facilitate the cancellation of our original reservation, but he assisted me in reserving a new one for a different class in the future. He was great, and my friend and I are really looking forward to this croissant making class!

My boyfriend and I had a class scheduled and that day I was not feeling well enough to attend the class. Luckily Christopher was extremely understanding and genuine when helping me out. We were able to get credit for our class so that we can reschedule once I’m feeling better. Very thankful for his help!
