Daemon made my return very easy. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I cancelled my order before it shipped, but it was send anyway from Zwilling resulting in me paying for the return shipping.

I was excited when the delivery truck pulled up and left my much-anticipated box of Bistro dishware—but then was quickly disheartened when I heard a loose rattling. Some broken dinner plates. But Daemon kindly came to the rescue to initiate replacements. Much appreciated. Good customer service.
