The representative, Chris, was able to provide me with assistance to resolve my issue. He was very helpful and informative with all aspects of our conversation.

Have enjoyed the in store classes a lot! Unfortunately my girlfriend got sick the day of a class and Dameon was super helpful in helping us figure things out!

I recently ordered 2 items as a gift for my daughter who has just moved into a new home. I wrote the incorrect address on the order, an address for a house that does not exist. Although I realized it and called customer service within 10 minutes of my order, the first representative told me there was nothing he could do for me and insisted that there was a house with that address. Luckily I called back and spoke with Yasser. I explained the situation and once he received the tracking numbers, made sure the items would be returned to Sur La Table for a refund. I am very grateful to Yasser for his understanding and expertise. I want to commend him for his excellent customer service and for helping Sur La Table keep a satisfied customer.

Christopher was most helpful in getting the products and applying the perk I had received. I enjoy shopping at Sur la Table and have for 50 years. Virtual shopping is enabled in this century and Chris has made my experience today courteous and complete. I look forward to picking up the purchases later today.
