I can’t seem to win anything on here. I play the same slot on different casinos, but here the slot I play just doesn’t seem like it’s capable of hitting anything good at all. I’ve never been over my initial deposit amount. Seriously not even a dollar over.

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to leave a review — we’re glad things felt “ok,” but we’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t really help or stand out for you😔 We’d genuinely like to understand what wasn’t helpful, whether it was our games, bonuses, or support, so we can work on improving that part of the jungle 💬 If you’re open to it, please reach out to our team with a bit more detail about what you were expecting and didn’t get, and we’ll do our best to make your next visit feel more worthwhile 🧭🎰

Site seemed ok. Kinda cheesy low budget layout, but ok. Let's talk about the slots. I play Black Wolf 2... a lot. Play it everywhere. Lots and lots of sweep sites. This place totally has that shady extra turns on the wheels. If you know what I mean you get it. So, yeah I guess it IS possible to win here, but... Every site I've ever played that has the extra shady wheel turn thing I don't return to.0 8 9x0 Good luck, like I said this place kinda sucks, but even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day. One and done for this guy.

So far so good I had my reservations due to some of the negative reviews but from my experience so no problems. I have spent maybe $20 and I just cashed out over 400 dollars! This will either be my new go to casino or not for me casino! If it’s 4-6 days I’m done! I just don’t see no reason to take 3, 4 or even 5 days to pay out winnings . There’s to many good casinos that pay out anywhere from instant to 24 hrs ! So we will see how long the redemption takes. I’ll will update once I have received my winnings! Ok so I’m no longer giving them 4 stars today 3 days later I get fraud prevention but I only found out when I went to support they were saying they emailed me the day of the redemption yet only email I got was today at 2:11pm so that’s not true! They were wanting picture of my virtual card n me holding it which! Yet when I was verified I gave them a selfie holding my id so that shows it’s me plus it’s virtual I can’t give them no picture holding virtual card! I sent them screen shot of the card with the numbers that match the one they had along with my bank statement only after dealing with this past hr they canceled my redemption. ! So now there going to say it will take up to 7 business days when it’s already been 3 until they canceled the redemption! So I’m not sure I’d put another fine here if ur thinking about playing here think twice there’s many casinos out there paying g with in hours like SCROGE CASINO OR GEMINI WHOS REDEMPTION IS INSTANT! Ok it’s now almost end of July and ur asking me to recall a incident back in Jan I can tell u I did receive my winnings I was aggravated because I had verified from day one before I even played it was only when I redeemed was I told I needed to verify more but all was verified u til I redeemed ! Then wanted a pic holding my cc when it was a virtual that’s not possible but from what i remember I got my money with in a week . You know so many casinos take as long as they can holding on to our winnings when reality we should not have to wait anymore then 24-48 that’s giving more time then really needed but Im one voice it will take much more to get changes in how redemptions are done ! This is a good casino u can make purchase knowing its a legit n fair casino! Good luck hope everyone cam enjoy this platform

Hey there 🌿 We appreciate you sharing such an honest review. We’re sorry that your latest redemption and fraud‑prevention checks have changed your view and made you feel singled out. Our antifraud and verification rules apply to all players and are in place to keep both the platform and the community safe, but we understand it can feel unfair when a redemption is delayed or cancelled after you’ve already sent documents. We’d really like to take another look at your case. Please contact our support team with your Player ID, the date of the redemption, and the documents you submitted so we can re‑review the decision, confirm why the payout was not completed. Even when our rules differ from other casinos, you still deserve clear communication and transparency about what happened.

Edit- updated to 2 stars I finally received my redemption yesterday morning so 11 days total with no communication about why it was taking so long or if I could do anything to speed it up. So their claim to process redemptions in under 72 hours is bogas. Still took 2 days after my review to finally go through. Not what I was hoping for... I won some money after I had bought a couple coins packages. I submitted my redemption on December 30th, submitted my verifications the same day. Have checked in a few times to see what the hold up is, apparently there is nothing I can do to speed it up. I have seen redemptions submitted the same day as me an they had their money the next day even with verification I was quoted a few days. It has now been 9... One of the worst experiences I have had with an online casino. Also I posted this review in January 2026- it's July 2026. I think the time for replying to a customer service issues- especially ones concerning money- are about 6 months too late. These are my redemption details you requested. Redemption Details: Amount: 101 Date: 12/30/2025 16:27 Transaction ID: 103396 Details: Amount: 101 Date: 01/09/2026 10:30 Method: CC Transaction ID: 103396

Hi there, Thank you for sharing such a detailed update — we’re really sorry that your redemption took longer than the expected timeframe. Our goal is to process redemptions within the stated window, but delays can happen when additional verification or antifraud checks are needed. We’re glad to hear the payment has now gone through, and we’d appreciate the chance to review your case internally so we can improve both our processing times and how we keep players informed along the way. 🌿

I signed up and deposited. I played for a bit but now the site won't allow me to play any games. I even logged back in a few times. I'm guessing I'll never be able to redeem...

Hi there, Thank you for letting us know about this — we’re really sorry that you’ve run into issues accessing the games and are worried you’ll be able to redeem. This can sometimes happen if an account is temporarily restricted due to verification, antifraud checks, or a technical issue, but it should never leave you without clear information on what to do next. Please contact our support team with your Player ID so we can review your account status, explain why the games aren’t available right now, and confirm the exact steps needed to resolve it and proceed with any eligible redemption. We want you to feel safe and informed when you play with us. 🌿
