Took an option to delay shipping to save money, and also the least expensive color. Shipping took much too long. One month after order acceptance

We're so sorry for the confusion. Since the preorder option was selected at checkout, the item was offered at a discounted price with an extended shipping timeline. As stated in the preorder details, orders are shipped approximately one month after the purchase date.

I guess I'm still adjusting. It doesn't seem very powerful. Not sure if it's really getting my teeth clean. Also, the instructions say not to put in holder when wet. Do you mean dripping wet or damp is okay. Should I leave it out until it is completely dry? That doesn't seem very convenient.

We recommend wiping the handle down with a microfiber cloth. Once you wipe it down, you can insert it into the base. The base dries, sanitizes, and charges your handle.

The plastic tip on the end of the toothbrush came off during shipping.

The toothbrush is great. The shipping is terrible. Both times I have ordered through the company, the packages were shipped quickly, however when the packages arrived in my home town, they were sent back to the last distribution center twice before being delivered to my home.

It's just okay. I love the concept but the shape of the toothbrush just isn't for me. It seems very skinny.

The tooth brush is good. When I bought it I didn’t know it had to be plugged it. I just use the travel one instead and just change the batteries. I also don’t like that when you put the tooth brush in the sanitizer/charger it leaves water on the counter. I had to buy a coaster that matches our bathroom.

My old sonic toothbrush battery decided it really didn't want to hold a charge anymore. I've been seeing advertising for the TAO Clean brush pretty much everywhere so I decided to look into it further. These brushes are exorbitantly expensive. I did manage to find one color that had a pretty large sale happening. I paired that with a coupon discount and decided to give it a try. The customer service has been great, so far. Notifications to keep you up to date on the order and delivery. Delivery was much quicker than anticipated. With that being said, I'm not really that impressed with the toothbrush itself. It came with a whitening toothbrush head and the self-cleaning and recharging station. I am not noticing any difference between the cleaning/stain removing ability of this toothbrush vs the >40,000 brush I had before which was a fraction of the cost of this one at full price and came with 6 extra heads! The cleaning/charging station needs to be plugged in at all times which is kind of a pain and it's BIG! All in all, I will use it and I like the cleaning capability but I would never pay full price for this brush and I will probably look elsewhere for a new toothbrush when this one is at end of life. Update: Tao's reply said they would reach out to me separately from this review. As of 5/26/26 I have not heard anything from them.
