The first TAO clean we received didn't work and we call customer service. The process was so easy to get a replacement. I'm very happy with the product as well.

I would give the Tao toothbrush system a 5, but while brushing, the brush keeps coming off of the handle. Can you find a way to fix that? Thanks

This is my first battery operated toothbrush and I am very surprised at how well it works!!! I have always been consistent about oral hygiene and this will be quite useful in striving for great dental care. The main speed is a little too strong so I use the second one and hope to advance over time.

I bought two of these at the same time. My wife’s lights up on the end of the brush when in the holder and. One does not. I have looked everywhere for where it may turn on and can’t find anything.

The only reason I rated 4/5 stars is due to the fact that my first order was stuck someone for a month. Once I realized I hadn't received my order, I reached out to the company. I received an immediate response and they re-ordered my product. This time it arrived on time. I am really enjoying my new toothbrush and loving that it is self cleaning.

I have been using sonic tooth brush with UV chamber for MANY years. My wife bought this and liked so I decided it was time to modernize and I'm glad I did. The sonic frequency on this is WAY higher than my old ones and it is so much easier to use as I do not have to take off the brush head to disinfect every time and then put back on to use. I do wish it had pressure sensor like some others though as I can be a bit rough if I'm in a hurry.
