The brush head is harder than I anticipated. More options are needed for brush heads. It arrived sooner than expected.

Good product & good results. The whitening brushes that came with the machine fit perfectly, however the two "extra" brushes did not fit & kept falling off.

Delivery & instructions were very good, you can't see either the power/charging light on the front face of the unit or the light on top of the tooth brush itself, unless you turn the lights off in the bathroom. It needs a design improvement. Using it for less than week now but so far all seems well.

I’m glad that my claim was finally resolved. It shouldn’t have taken over four months ti receive a new sanitizer and brush.
