I'm noticing that the brush is turning off for half a second. While i'm brushing, is that normal? Am I doing something wrong?

Everything was fine, except I can’t put the TaoClean in my mouth! The vibration is so strong I can’t use it! My date of experience is actually the date it was delivered, but I don’t remember exactly when that was. I tried several times, but just couldn’t do it.

I have to say I hate the smell of it and in the container, it smells sour and moldy. How do I get rid of it . Please advise.

The product is nice. I was a little surprised that it only works if plugged in. I charged it and then unplugged and thought it would stay charged but it does not sanitize unless it is plugged in to an electrical outlet. Is that correct? Or have a done something wrong or is the product defective?

The TAO toothbrush is the best toothbrush I’ve ever used. It does make my teeth feel cleaner than other brands. I just started using the whitening pens so I don’t see any difference yet.

Took a month before it shipped, but I DO like the vibration and seems to get the tartar off better than regular brushing. Will con't to use for a while!
