Love the design and the sanitizing part. Was disappointed not to see an LED that advised when the 2-minute cleaning was complete, as in my Oral-B. I like that this feels smoother at high speed, but the brush feels smaller. I'm hoping this helps keep my teeth healthy and that the whitening aspect is real.

The unit itself is nice and fits well on my bathroom counter. The toothbrush vibration tickles quite a lot, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I'm wondering now whether the whitening I'm supposed to expect in the first two weeks of using it it from the actual toothbrush or from the whitening pens that came with it as a bonus. Also, how often am I going to have to reorder replacement toothbrush heads?

Outside of the outer package had a slice in it because it was plastic. Everything seemed fine so far.

Everything is fine so far. The noise of the toothbrush bothers me a little.

I used it 1 time and the portable charger is already broken. It shines a red light that stays on when I put the toothbrush in and the red light never cuts off. I have to take the toothbrush out and lay it on the counter. I love the toothbrush and regular charger but I travel a lot and with the portable charger thought I could still use my tao when traveling. Looks like I am going to go back to my other electric toothbrush

Since I opted for later shipping for a discount. I cannot speak to speedy shipping. But they did keep me updated. When they came, the packaging was a bit much. Hard to recycle or reuse. When item arrived it was much larger than I anticipated. I had to clean off my sink to fit them in. Good news is: It was much easier on my mouth and yet teeth feel very clean. I even insisted that my hubby try it. He’s still getting used to it. So far so good.

Linda likes the sterilization process the best and she's getting used to the actual brushing of teeth.

It arrived in a timely manner. Easy to unpack and use. The device looks good on my bathroom counter. And my teeth do feel cleaner-esp the backs of the lower teeth in front. I am a bit concerned that its high speed may be damaging my teeth??? What are the results with long term use of TAO?
