There are great things and not so great things: The cradle is a bit large and I wish I didn’t have to leave it plugged in all day but I do really like that it’ll sanitize my toothbrush and that it has a 2 minute timer that also pauses when it’s time to move areas while I am brushing my teeth. Ha! I tend to zone out when I am really sleepy and I will be brushing my teeth for like 10 minutes straight.

I like the toothbrush very much however I have one problem. I need to get a new charging cord to charge my brush. I can’t find the one that came with the toothbrush I may have accidentally thrown it away. how can I order or get a new charging cord

I love the science/fact, researchable based claims, rechargeable & cordless. Not keen on lengthy delivery=lost 1 star. Yet to determine longevity of this product.

I like it! The instruction videos were very helpful. It's asethically pleasing in my bathroom and works well. I look forward to trying the whitener. An overall good purchase!

The option for disinfecting this toothbrush is the primary reason I purchased it. I love the colors available. Two ergonomic things that I would suggest very highly because they do make for awkward hand grip and storing: 1. Place the on/off and function buttons either higher or lower than where the hand naturally grips mid – handle. It takes some adjusting and then constant slightly strange grip while brushing teeth to not accidentally turn the toothbrush off again. 2. It would be extremely convenient for the base of the toothbrush handle to be wider to allow it to set upright on the countertop. The current base is very narrow and the brush tips over easily. Obviously, the toothbrush is designed to go back in the container for disinfecting, but sometimes, a person just needs to do a quick semi scrub between full brushes or, heaven forbid, move it to a different bathroom and now it has to lay facing down on a counter. These are two very easy suggestions I would think to consider that would change the function of it immensely.

I like the soft bristles and the fact that it gets disinfected after each brushing. I had hoped that I would notice cleaner teeth compared to my sonic toothbrush, but it’s about the same.

It is more of a vibration than a brushing. So far it seems to be cleaning my teeth better than my other spinbrush.
