I enjoy the product, and I really like the storing with the blue light for sanitizing,except the fact that the brushes are way too hard, and I think it would be beneficial to offer a combo of the whitening brushes and the soft ones right from the beginning. It was not obvious to me that there was that option.

This is a very good toothbrush, makes my teeth feel very clean after brushing. However, it does NOT live up to the teeth whitening claims that lured me in the first place. I’ve been using this toothbrush with the whitening heads and a hydrogen peroxide whitening product and my teeth are still not noticeably white. The videos make an exaggerated claim…

It took it a long time to get here. And the other problem is it’s almost too fast. There are some trouble spots on my teeth that it kind of hurts. But I’m going to keep using it and I’m gonna keep trying to see if maybe they’ll get better.

I am upset that I paid with my card and I thought I was paying Tao clean but instead I was paying Shop Pay and paying 26% interest. I was willing to pay it all off. I am paying a usury interest and I am not happy about that. From now on if I need any brush refills I don’t want to use Shoo Pay!

Enjoying the product. The shipping took - Forever. I actually forgot I had ordered it, it took so long. So I ordered one from Amazon and used it for quite a while before yours cropped up in the box! So perhaps this is your strategy-business model?
