Package arrived ripped (plastic outside) and boxes dented. So far the brush and holder works fine but I worry since it obviously took a beating coming to me

Love my new TAO. It took awhile to get used the different speeds. I use the mildest right now as I’m getting used to it because the fastest is too rough on my gums. My teeth feel sooo clean!

I’m not happy with the up and down motion of the toothbrush I am used to a rotating circular motion, electric toothbrush, and I like it better. I feel like the bristles aren’t cleaning as good as they could. I also don’t like that it has to be plugged in all the time it just clutters up my sink. I would like to return it if possible just not up to my expectations
