It would have been a 5 except the tooth brush dryer and sanitizer seems to be cheap plastic

I love my toothbrush. I did have to send back the original one because it would not hold a charge. Now it can be very hard to turn on at times. After googling I find that running handle under hot water and turning it off and on will solve the problem if it is being hard to turn. Works perfectly now.

I really like the toothbrush! Teeth feel really smooth, just like when you have your teeth cleaned at dentist. Took a long time to be delivered. I don't feel you should charge the customer until product is delivered. You charged my account and did not receive my toothbrush for a month.

Love everything -- just it's a little aggressive -- I can't seem to lower the brush strength -- otherwise , it's a great system -- Thank You

My only disappointment was that the toothbrush heads are VERY firm. I’m used to super soft bristles and the firmness of the bristles irritates my gumline.

My whole experience was really good fast and efficient service Tao reached out to me for a review before I even picked up my parcel from the post office so I delayed my response the only thing I have a problem with is that I was expecting to get the free travel toothbrush uv sanitizer and the two spare heads with every one that I bought as l bought four of them l was expecting four lots of the travel uv sanitizer and spare heads but I did only receive one but I am loving the toothbrush and especially the way it dries and sanitizes the brush and the unit is a gorgeous color am very pleased with my purchase

Just received this 3 days ago. So far I like it, but have to get used to the power to "love it". Once I set it up, it was "ready to use", already fully charged. I feel that it reaches deep in between my teeth where I couldn't get to before. It has a subtle reminder to switch sections in your mouth every 30 seconds so you brush all teeth. It shuts off in 2 minutes. So far, I've been using the stronger setting and will attempt the "sensitive" setting. It is suggested that you turn on the toothbrush while it's in your mouth (less mess over the sink) so I need to figure out if I can change the setting before turning it on. Got the "Sea Glass Green" which blends in with my bathroom colors. It does take up a lot of space if you have a small sink area. I moved it to my hallway bathroom which has much more counter space (still blends in with color scheme) The package came exactly on the expected delivery date with daily tracking notifications.

So far enjoying the toothbrush - makes my teeth "feel" much cleaner and some have said, they are even whiter. My only complaint is that it shouldn't have to be plugged up constantly its 21st century , battery/charge etc. But totally worth it! Get it - health is wealth!
