I love the toothbrush and how good my teeth feel. I love the travel cleaner better than the actual one. The actual cleaner is cheap plastic. That seems not great since it was so expensive. Other than that I love it.

The ordering snd shipping process were outstanding with email communication on each step. My problem is understanding all the attachments. There is a little booklet on how to connect and put together the main base. However, there is a secondary piece I have no idea what it is for and can’t seem to figure it out

Thank you for your review. It really helps our team continue to improve. If you are referring to the germ shield, it is used as a travel case which offers the same features are your home unit.

My major objection to the toothbrush is the noise. However I researched it and found out that it's perfectly normal. What's very startling is when the vibrating head of the toothbrush actually comes in contact with my teeth. It get my attention. I like the styling. It's sleek and very modern looking. I was concerned about attaching the brush to the handle, there was some strong resistance. I went on YouTube and found one that showed using a considerable amount of force to push the brush onto the handle. It would be nice if there was a heads up in the instructions. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because of the discomfort of the vibrating handle contacting my teeth and lack of a heads upon how to attach the brush to the handle, and the issue with the handle on teeth.

Shipped when promised Site did not say the base needs to be plugged in at all times. This is a negative for me.

I just opened one of my new toothbrushes for use last night & this morning. A bristle was sticking out at 90 degrees to the rest. It has scratched my gum so I removed it and tried bending or removing it without success. Disappointing, especially at this price point. Also the previous brush head kept coming off the hand after a couple months of use. PJ

Brush is too small from usual Not much instruction as to how long I have to plug it on I have not used it long to really experience it

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The brush can be left in the base to charge until the light on the handle holds a solid white color. When completely charged, the light will shut off by itself.

I am not sure what I was really expecting, but I do not think this electric toothbrush is really any better than the ones I can get locally. I invested more money into this but do not really see or feel any benefits with the whitening or the actual toothbrush.
