I thought I was getting more than one brush head and I didn’t realize that it has to be constantly plugged in. The other important thing is that the little button below the on switch was not explained anywhere.

It definitely makes my teeth feel cleaner than a regular electric brush. Only criticism is that on my front teeth, the brush feels a bit strange. Maybe a little to hard there? I do have it on the lower speed which works better for me.

I already own one, so I knew what to expect. I bought this one for my husband. His sonic toothbrush died, and I convinced him that a TAO was the way to go. The shipping took a little bit more than he liked, because he was impatient to start with a new brush. When it arrived, I set it up and he immediately enjoyed using it. I’m disappointed that a spare brush head was not included.

Find during the brushing process the bristles are very hard. Feels a bit harsh against my teeth. Hoping it’s just a matter of getting used to it.

I have received the TAO Clean and it looks fab but haven’t used it as yet! Sorry

Brush is good but where are the instructions? How is it charged? How long does it last? I chose the colour to match my bathroom but I can’t keep it in there as I don’t have sockets (illegal in UK) or a USB port (not sure about status). I have a shaver socket which every other toothbrush I’ve owned has plugged into to charge. If the brush wasn’t so efficient I think about returning it. I don’t want to go online to find information, I want it readily to hand.
