The packaging was great and I appreciate the free items. Still getting used to the toothbrush. Not sure I'm in love with it yet. Have to wait and see.

I like the toothbrush and seems to clean well. Felt delayed shipping was a bit too long and I thought the travel size would come with a travel size toothbrush & it doesn’t.

It came on time and was good about sending tracking info. The only bad thing is that it was left in front of my garage door instead of by my front door, so didn’t find it for a couple of days.

It was delivered quickly the second time. 1st time was a disaster. Broken boxes - lost extra stuff and wrong color. Second time it came not even wrapped.. surprised it didn’t fly open. Seems to work great so far.. love the brush and how clean my teeth feel.

I absolutely love that it sanitizes your toothbrush. I love the way it makes my teeth feel and I love how easy it is to use the sanitizer and the fact that you get a travel sanitizer. The only thing that is concerning for me is the size of the toothbrush head. I wish it was much smaller and possibly round.

Using a water flosser takes a bit is a learning curve. At first I inadvertently pressed the on button before putting it in my mouth and got sprayed- a free facial! Okay, now I’ve had a few days to acclimate myself and I find my teeth are cleaner than before. Using floss was always a pain in the neck for me;” where did I put it” and “oops, I ran out.” This solves both problems. Kudos!

I love how this toothbrush makes you feel like you just walked out of a dental cleaning appointment. I just wish the cleaning apparatus was smaller on my bathroom counter and that I didn't have to leave it plugged in all the time.

Unfortunately I have been unable to use the higher speed because no matter how I hold the brush or close my mouth, spit gets all over the place. I have periodontal disease so I prefer the higher speed but my dentist (who is also my husband) thinks the lower speed should be ok for me. I hope so! If you disagree please get back to me. Thanks.
