I wish there were 3 cleaning settings. My teeth are very sensitive and one more lower setting would be so great. If you come out with one, I’d be happy to test it! It does clean and sanitize very well though though!

I don't feel like there was enough information provided with the toothbrush. It was difficult to find general info, like what the small button on the front does, I could tell it changed the speed, but why? Or what the 4 cycles in the running time are. I know from prior electric toothbrushes, but my husband did not. Also I do have a few critiques that I would like to make - 1) the light on the front is too bright. there should be a way to dim it or it should fade out after 30 minutes or so. 2) there is no way to pause and spit. If you take the toothbrush out of your mouth it splatters everywhere, if you stop the cycle, it starts over. The delivery time was VERY long.

I love the brush, travel case and whitening brushes. It took several weeks for delivery which was disappointing.

Great communication between time of placing the order and arrival of product. Shipping was efficient have only had it for roughly a week. Cannot give it five stars just yet.

I bought the Tao clean as a gift for my sister in 2025. She loves it. This year I decided to buy me one along with 6 others for my family. They arrived in good time. I plan to give them as Christmas gifts this year. When my sisters arrived she had 2 refill brushes so I assumed each order would have the same. My Order of 7 arrived with only 2refills. Shouldn't I have 5 more refills of 2? I would appreciate receiving them. Ann Bostic 1310 Haywood Park Dr. Marvin NC 28173-0082

The brief pauses that you feel in your brush cycle are 30 second intervals. Thank you for your review and look forward to hearing from you again!
