Delivery and look was great and easy set up as well. I am finding that I am not getting in between my teeth as clean with the Tao. I am having to use my Water pik after each use..

Honestly, I haven’t really had it long enough to give an honest judgment. I can tell that it has more brush rotations than my other toothbrush. I’d be happy to do this again later once I’ve had a chance to get to know my toothbrush.

I actually look forward to brushing my teeth; I used to dread taking even two minutes to brush. The clean is great! My teeth feel great after using the TAO. My teeth are already looking better. I hope my gums respond as well. The one thing that surprised me is the loudness of the toothbrush while it is running. I have a tendency to be sensitive to certain sounds, so perhaps that is part of the issue. Overall, I am very happy I made the purchase. I was on the fence for months about buying "yet another gizmo" that didn't live up to its promises. So far, I am pleased. Let's see what my dental hygienist and dentist say in a month!

The packaging , the timely delivery and the product itself are great. I had just one glitch. On my first time using the device, some bristles came loose and I had to cut them to the toothbrush level.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We do apologize for the loose bristles on your brush head bristles.

Over all good but would like to know more about how long do I leave the unit plugged in?

We thank you for your continued support and review! The handle is be left in the base until you are ready to use it again. Once you remove and reinsert your handle, it will trigger the sanitizing cycle as well as charge. You will know your handle is fully charged when the light on the end of your handle will hold a solid white. After a few minutes that light will shut off. This is the power save state.

So far it's great using this devise.I have yet to see the difference in my teeth. I will follow up after a few months with the whitening product.

I like the design. It took some time for shipping but we are testing it out now. So far, we like how clean our mouth feels after brushing. It's only been a few days.
