The container for the brush gets moldy. It doesn't seem to dry out as promised.

So far it’s been good, but it’s different from any other brush I’ve used . The brushes are very small compared to brushes I’m used to. I used to use a Oral-B toothbrush which is round and noisy. This has a high-pitched sound and moves fast. After one week I’m starting to get used to it hopefully in time it will be way better than my Oral-B, time will tell.

Shipping took way too long and I was wondering if you had any instructions for the main toothbrush cleaner when I put the toothbrush in the light goes on, but then it goes off and I don’t know what that means and how often should I change the brush?

My favorite thing about TAO Clean is that it sits upside down in the charging unit and is sanitized while charging and somewhat protected from airborne bathroom germs. It is a nice looking unit with a pleasing variety of color options. As of yet I have only used it once and my immediate response was a dislike for the high pitched sound it gives off while in operation. The bristle movement feels very small with minimal pressure as compared to the Oral B I have been using - I’m not sure if that is good or bad.

Finally here. But confused by the fact that it’s 2 bases. Would make more sense to have the UV built in with a timer to shut it off while the brush is charging.

I like the size of the brush. I’m not liking the noise it makes while brushing.

Getting use to it's speed. It tickles my tongue when it hits..lol. feels as though my teeth are cleaner. I purchased 2 and was told when asked that we would each get the free gifts but that was not the case, sadly. Replacement head and whitening pen and o ly 1 travel container.
