The brush heads are to small! The coverage is not good to me!

Received product but not sure how all parts work. Toothbrush kind of tingles while using it. But getting used to it. Just haven't a clue what the smaller whit device is or what to do with it. Instructions are USELESS! Because they don't mention this additional part or what it's used for!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. The smaller piece that you are referring to is the Germ Sheid. This piece offers the same features as your home unit. You will be able to use it as a travel case for any trips you may be taking and then some!

I don't like the small size of the bristles and how the brush times out before I can finish brushing my teeth. Delivery was super fast and the design is cool. I like how the brush is inverted into its base.

I don't like the noise that the brush makes while brushing my teeth. My mouth doesn't always feel clean. I don't like that when you put the toothbrush in the holder that it is opened on the bottom & everything gets on the sink

I believe there were supposed to be two settings on our toothbrushes. We don't have a second option - the ones for sensitive teeth. We'd like that as a possibility. But for that and the several months it took for delivery, we generally like the product so far.

The Umma Diamond Brush Handle has two cleaning modes. Sensitive Clean Mode can offer a gentler yet thorough clean for sensitive gums and teeth. Below the power button is the mode selection button and indicator lights to indicate the chosen mode.

Shipping was great and I thought it was great. However after using 3 times my teeth really hurt. I guess the pressure was too great compared to what I was used to.

It shouldn’t take a month just to ship. Other than that, I’m enjoying the product.

Since the preorder option was selected at checkout, the item was offered at a discounted price with an extended shipping timeline. As stated in the preorder details, orders are shipped approximately one month after the purchase date.

The promotions aren't clear. Promotions are only for 1 order, no matter how many quantities you order in one shipping.

We're so sorry for the confusion. Our current promotion includes one set of free gifts with each qualifying purchase. The offer provides one gift set per order, even if multiple toothbrushes are purchased in the same transaction.
