I got the first email and my order never showed up. So they sent a second unit, which, I received yesterday! I really like the unit. And like having the built in quadrant timer! Thanks for a great product!!!

I received the toothbrush package quickly. What I love the most about this product is that the toothbrush head is facing down. It doesn’t get the handle all dirty and the tool cleans the toothbrush. Love it! I have been looking for something like this for years.

Contacted customer service to tell them MY base unit was not working. They replied immediately to help me troubleshoot, but eventually decided to replace it. Within a few weeks, I had a brand new unit with no headaches to show for it. They take care of their customers!

Product bundle made sense, price seemed reasonable. Ordering was a bit slow, since you have to go through a survey first, but shipping was prompt and everything was received in good order. After using for a week, I'm not sure there's a "two shades whiter" benefit, but my teeth do feel super clean after use.

I had an issue with my TAO I purchased earlier this year but couldn't remember how I ordered it. The company still honor my purchase and sent out a replacement for the one I had. Love the machine and think it changed my life by changing how I care for my teeth and gums.
