We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we take concerns like this very seriously. We want to be absolutely clear that we do not sell or share our customers’ personal information with third parties for marketing or solicitation purposes. The situation you’re describing with spam calls is extremely concerning, but it would not be a result of placing an order with us. Regarding your order, that’s not the experience we want you to have. I see your order was delivered on February 26, it was placed on the 11th that same month. I am sorry if that lead time did not work for you but these larger heavy items take time to ship. I hope you enjoy you items!

Hi Brian, I am so sorry to hear that about this issue. Looking further at your order, I can see that your table was signed for & delivered in good condition. The table was accepted and signed for as-is, and nothing was rejected back with the carrier, and no mentions/notes of damage were made. As mentioned over our email correspondence, and as noted on your invoice/order confirmation, all items must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery for any damages/defects. Any items found to be damaged/defective must be immediately rejected and sent back with the carrier in order to be eligible for replacement(s). This is a very standard delivery practice, and one that we outline in detail on all order documents/info. Nonetheless, I'm sorry that this inspection process was not what you preferred, and though a replacement was not possible at the time since the item was not rejected, I can see we did offer to arrange a repair service for the part of the table that was damaged. I know you declined this offer originally, but I would be happy to still get something arranged for you if you change your mind. Your feedback is valuable to us, and hearing of this unsatisfactory experience that has left you unhappy is not what we strive for. I know some time has passed, but I would still be happy to explore some options and see if there is something we can do to help improve your experience with us. Hi Anoushka, I am so sorry to hear about this, and sincerely apologize that your order did not arrive in time for your special event. Looking further into this order, I see that you had custom cushions being made for your chairs and sofa. As noted on our website and your order confirmation, custom cushion production takes approx. 4 weeks. At the time you placed the order, our team was not aware that you had a deadline you needed the order by, but as soon as we were made aware, I personally made sure that our upholsterer knew that your cushions needed to be completed as soon as possible. They were able to have the cushions completed a week early, which was the absolute soonest they could have them ready at the time, and your order shipped from our warehouse a couple days later. I also personally communicated with the carrier after they picked your order up from our warehouse, and let them know that delivery by your requested day was of the utmost importance. Even though we do everything we can to ensure delivery by specific dates/timeframes, it may not be possible to achieve delivery by an exact date in some cases. Unfortunately, in this case, the carrier could not make delivery by the date you needed possible, but I assure you, our team tried our very best for you. In the future, if you ever need your order by a specific date, we suggest reaching out to our Customer Service team immediately after purchasing so we can take steps right away to try accommodate this for you. Hi Stephanie, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. As noted on your order invoice, all orders must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery. Any damaged/defective items must be immediately sent back with the carrier at that time; damaged/defective items not rejected with the carrier will be ineligible for replacement. There was an item that you stated arrived damaged, but was not rejected at the time of delivery. I can see that we offered to replace this item free of charge as a courtesy, but unfortunately, we would not be responsible for the shipping to deliver it to you. You had declined this offer immediately, so as a further courtesy extension, we offered to cover 50% of the shipping for you, to which you declined as well. Your overall shopping experience & feedback is valuable to us, and we do not like to hear of anything that leaves you feeling unhappy with your purchase, so as a final good gesture for your business with us, we offered to replace the item free of charge, and cover the shipping costs entirely as well. We hope that this gesture has restored your experience with us, and we also hope you have been able to enjoy your beautiful teak items! I looked into your order further, and I see that the carrier did not have the correct contact information, which is ultimately why there was a delay in delivery. Hi Eddie, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. I investigated into your order more, and I can see that the carrier picked your order up later than typical after it was placed. In general, orders are shipped/picked up from our warehouse within approx. 1 week once all the items are available & in-stock. It looks like once the order was picked up, the carrier was also having trouble getting in contact with you to schedule a delivery date, which further delayed delivery. Regardless, we apologize that it took longer than expected to receive your order.
