TechMikeNY was founded with a vision to provide affordable, high-quality refurbished servers and data center equipment while reducing electronic waste. Our journey began in a Brooklyn garage in 2004. We started with a simple mission – to be the kind of company we would want to buy from. We specialize in both pre-configured, as well as custom-built servers. We help companies with smaller IT budgets afford a robust IT infrastructure without compromising on quality. Last and most important, we take pride in servicing each individual customer; we go above and beyond to always make sure our customers are 100% satisfied, no matter the cost.

RMA request was so simple. Received a bad drive and was contacted the day after my late night email. Prices are phenomenal as well.

We test all of our hard drives with our developed in house software, T.I.P.S, which enables us to have RMA rates lower than most OEMs. However, uncontrollable damage can happen in transit. First time buying refurbished hardware. Excellent user experience on their website. Prices were competitive. Visibility into the shipping process was great. Items arrived packaged securely, functioned as intended. When I realized I'd forgotten some components, the team got back to my email right away. Did later have to RMA one of the disks, which was also a quick and easy process. Everything about this experience was great.
