I asked the internet for an all around piece of equipment for cardio and strength training and the Teeter Power 10 was highly recommended. I’m 63 years old and my body feels like it’s falling apart. I have rotator cuff injuries, severe lower back issues, some knee problems and to round out my health, I have six stents in my heart. I’m not ready to grow old, so this Power 10 machine was sort of a last ditch effort for personal health improvements. I’ve only had it for a week, but I am so pleased that my body has been able to handle the work out. Every joint has endured and I’m looking forward to increasing my cardio and strength.

If you're not mechanically inclined, definitely assemble with an additional person. Otherwise, I love it. Very durable. Easy to adjust. For my own purposes, I was not looking for this to be portable or collapsible, but I think it's worth mentioning: It's not lightweight. It doesn't collapse very easily or into a small size. That said, it's a quality product and is certainly helping me with my degenerative disc issues, spinal stenosis and scoliosis. Once it's assembled, adjustments are easy. It feels sturdy and safe.

Assembly instructions easy to follow. Good back support. Workout goes by quickly.
