Amazing staff

TFC is just great.

It has been great moving in. The process for approval was quick and everyone was very nice. The building staff is wonderful and very helpful. The amenities are well maintained and makes for a great environment. The apartment is spacious with great fixtures and a nice view of the Hudson River and is close to Hudson yards and easy to access public transportation. Couldn’t be happier.

Great place, great people, love living here.

I love the building, the staff and the community. I get such a great feeling when I come home from a long day at work. Millie

I have been a resident for 3 months now and I have found the TFC staff to be nothing short of excellent. My small issues were addressed immediately and the front desk staff are outstanding. It has been a pleasure to be a resident in the building.

I love living here so far. All of the doormen are so accommodating and friendly. Great service!

Excellent staff and facilities
