A week past the estimated delivery time and I can't get any answers. They are constantly putting me on hold or transferring me to someone who never answers. They don't know where my freight is. Horrible customer service. I am giving up and filing a police report for stolen freight but wanted to warn others to never work with them. Absolute disaster.

Horrible customer service. Lost shipment that costs me several thousand dollars in business because I could not deliver the product. A month later and they still cannot locate shipment nor will they call you or communicate at all. Keep you on hold until you finally give up and hang up. No answers and no support. Filed a claim and cannot even get a claim number.

If you want to use TForce, don't waste your time scheduling a pickup. They'll get there whenever they can. They have so many lame excuses. They even hit us with a rural delivery charge. The shipment was going to Dallas, Texas, lol.

The worst communication ever! $300 was paid for shipping and the product sits 30 miles from this house and can't seem to get here. We were told since we are rural that the truck doesn't come this way very often..if they can't deliver to my area in a timely manner they shouldn't be taking the orders. I need this product to run my business and I've been on hold now for three weeks ago at least. Customers can't contact the hub directly because they would give no phone number. I'm suspecting this company is a sham and don't know what to even do to get my product.

Predatory, evasive, unorganized; these are only a few of many words I can use to describe this company. 4 Customer service representatives, and weeks later T-Force was finally able to assist me, albeit terrible service. The first three representatives couldn’t wait to get off the phone, giving only minimum answers or straight up telling me “I don’t know” repeatedly. The fourth rep helped me with the bill of laden, and even this was incorrect and caused my shipment a week delay. When asking the fourth representative how much this shipment would cost, he simply said “I don’t know, use the online calculator”. The online calculator produced a ~$750 value. I was hesitant, but went forward with the shipment. Upon finally receiving the shipment the bill of laden was incorrectly filled out, the driver stated no collection. I called T-Force to figure out the invoice, the representative said he couldn’t find any info other than basic contact information and to call back in a week. The next call produced the same result. Several Months went by before any invoice was received. The received invoice now stating a $3000 dollar bill. I immediately called and disputed this amount and was given a reference number. No calls were received in regards to this dispute, and the three times I called in reference to it yielded nothing more than a “in process” response. Flash forward to a year later, a collections notice appears on my door step for the invoice. After many deliberations with the collections agency and guidance from a lawyer, T-force agreed to settle the debt for double what was calculated online. Do not use T-Force freight if you want an easy and customer friendly experience. They constantly change their policies, and do not strive for better customer service which leads to predatory business practices. T-Force only cares about money and institutional accounts. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO COMPANIES WHO DO NOT DESERVE IT. AVOID T-FORCE FREIGHT AT ALL COSTS.

TForce is not reliable. They re-schedule pick ups with out the customers approval or knowledge. No call, no email and no update given by Tforce. They claim the truck drivers do not come to Gloucester MA a lot so that is why... this was not told to us when scheduling or Quoted, when paying almost 3 grand for them to pick up here they do not even bother to call or let us know this information. When paying a truck company to pick up a Freight order it should not matter if they truck doesnt come to this area alot... It should still be picked up on the scheduled day they told us when we booked this. Called and was told that they re-scheduled 4 times without our knowledge AND was advised to cancel and re-book with a different truck carrier. WOW! Horrible...

If I could give zero stars... This company is a joke! Do not use them if you can avoid them. CH Robinson contracts out to them so if you are using CH Robinson, there is a chance that this company will be the freight company they contract the freight to. I was supposed to have an over $2000 product delivered 9/11/23. 9/11 comes and goes. The delivery is going to a vacation rental and we have to head back home on the 11th, which is 3+ hours away, so I check tracking and it updates to a delivery on 9/15/23 at 5:00 PM. My husband made the drive back to this house so he could be at the house on the 15th to receive the delivery. 5 PM on the 15th comes and goes. 7 PM still nothing. I constantly checked tracking to see if there are any updates. I last checked tracking again around 8 PM and tracking says there was a delivery attempt at 5:48 PM, which is an absolute lie. I was back and forth with CH Robinson customer support to find out what is going on. They have no idea other than what I see tracking wise. Delivery is ultimately rescheduled to 9/20/23. When I spoke with the CS rep, I requested that the driver call 30 minutes before arrival. And I have yet to hear anything. CH Robinson finally gives me a TFORCEFREIGHT number to call to see what time the driver might arrive and that number just rings and rings. So the 20th is here. I had to sit around and wait all day for this delivery and nothing. They have totally wasted our time multiple times. Sounds like TFORCE is a scam and just steals people's shipment. I don't understand how anyone uses this shipping company. As a business, I would like elsewhere for a freight company to contract to, unless you like pissed off customers.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Lost my freight valued at 10,0000 dollars. 2 day point from Oregon to California People installing my freight have left as I paid them to sit an extra 2 days hoping it would come. I have used unfortunately this company a few times,, never again they don't deserve to be in business as they conduct themselves very poorly.
