The worst experience. I made this purchase on July 31st, and it took about a month to be delivered. The minifigures came with so many defects and misprints. When I tried to contact them for a replacement, they ghosted me, no answer at all. I bought through PayPal because of its by ur protection, which apparently doesn't apply to personalized items. I think they know that and are taking advantage of the situation. Very unprofessional. I had no problem with the first purchase, though.

One of the best companies I’ve ever purchased from,has great products,always answers questions and concerns, and has quick delivery times. Can’t say enough!

Still haven't gotten a tracking email for my order for the doombubu and I been trying to contact the company about it through email Instagram and through the comment sections and haven't gotten a single response and I noticed I'm not the only one going through this issue which is kinda messed up and unprofessional

I ordered about a month ago four keychain minifigures from thecanvasdons website. I finally have received my keychains but one of them was missing from my order, the few times I’ve ordered from thecanvasdon have been great… but missing one of the keychains I was hoping for was a huge bummer. I tried looking for ways to contact but there’s no email to reply to nor did my effort on Instagram work. All in all I lost out on a good bit of money with a missing keychain minifigure… I love the products and it sucks that one was missing from my order with no way of getting my money back or having my full order fulfilled.

Have not gotten any emails besides a receipt regarding a package i ordered 3/4 months ago not even a shipping confirmation or number
