They spent eight months building my website. After four months after completion I discovered the request for service was never linked, to anything. They recently turned the website over to me so I could fix it and gave me directions on what to tell the people that finish the job I paid $750 for that they promised would be done in three months.

I hired The Design Universe for packaging design for my product line, and they exceeded my expectations. The designs were creative, eye-catching, and matched my brand perfectly. They made several revisions until I was 100% satisfied.

I worked with The Design Universe for complete brand identity development, and they did a fantastic job. From logo to color palette and typography, everything was consistent and high quality. Their designers have a great sense of style and attention to detail.

When I hired them, my website hardly appeared on Google, but now I have consistent site visits, and the engagement levels are considerably higher. Compared to my site, their SEO strategies do not seem generic.
