This is the worst subscription box company ever. They offer a 3-month/3-box subscription, with the first box being 9.99 and the two subsequent boxes costing 64.00, which I signed up for. I was charged 9.99 for the first box/month. The second month I was charged 64.00 as expected, but then charged again 3 days later. I reached out and was told I cancelled my subscription early, so they charged the 3rd/final box cost. However, I did NOT cancel my subscription. They then gave me the option of receiving the third box, but it never came. I followed up three more times with no response, and finally had to dispute through my bank and with the BBB. STAY AWAY from this company. Their products are mid, and they clearly are into scamming customers.

Absolutely terrible and a scam. They give you the first box for a discount .... then lock you in for additional boxes at full price. Just got my second box...... SAME EXACT CONTENTS AS THE FIRST. Same tshirt, same bars, same drink. There are other options. Run, don't walk, away from this.

I had a terrible experience with Fit Boxx. They promote a “trial box” where you only pay for shipping, and their ad makes it sound like you can cancel anytime with no penalty. Before I even received the trial, I decided it wasn’t for me and canceled. Despite canceling, they still charged me over five times what the trial was supposed to cost! When I contacted them, they claimed it was all in the fine print. But the ad is incredibly misleading, and the actual terms are buried where most people wouldn’t see them. If you’re considering trying this company, don’t trust their advertising—read every detail carefully or risk getting charged for something you didn’t agree to. I would not recommend Fit Boxx to anyone. Stay away unless you want a subscription that’s harder to cancel than they make it seem!
