I received my bespoke Badalassi Pueblo belt ahead of the promise date, but there was a glitch with measurements, and the belt was way too small. After reaching out to them, Tommy addressed the issue, and out right offered to send me a new belt with the correct measurements! I was ecstatic, and so impressed! Wow! You just don't see customer care like that anymore. I cannot wait to receive my belt. Thank you Tommy! I'll be ordering another belt in black now! You guys rock!
