Our recipes are developed with veterinarians and made from wholesome ingredients that humans trust. Tried 5x to cancel my dog that had to be euthanized unexpectedlys order. Nope still sent it!! Nothing worse than getting a box for a dead dog!! Zero compassion!!

Dogs really didn’t like the food. Would put cheese on it and they just ate the cheese. Oh well.

My dogs liked the food (we went with the dry food plan), but in just the few weeks we dealt with this company there were so many issues that we ended up canceling our plan. For example, the food from our initial order was delivered two days earlier than I had specified, when we were out of town. When I called customer service because I was concerned about the boxes being left in the hot sun and visible for two days, they were no help at all. Then, in our second order, even though the dashboard for our dogs shows we should have been charged $177, we were charged $219. Again, when I called customer service they were no help and said the dashboard was incorrect. There have actually been several discrepancies between what the dashboard in the website says and what has happened, and I do not feel this is a reliable company. Finally, after asking to cancel our subscription, and receiving a confirmation email that it had been canceled, just to make sure I logged in to my account and it was still active. I just don’t trust this company.

My dog likes the food, however the packaging is just awful. I had to switch because every fresh dog food company is unabashedly hiking up their prices so freaking often, but The Pets Table is NOT worth the slightly cheaper price tag. As the food thaws, it becomes so watery and every feeding time is so messy. I literally drain the package in my sink as much as I can and it still drips everywhere every time I take it out. Also, the package doesn't fit into the container that you get with your first box. If you try squeezing the food out of the package, there is no way of knowing the portion size... Overall wouldn't recommend The Pets Table.

My dog completely reacted to this food. It has too many unnecessary ingredients. The fur around her eyes immediately turned brown and she started itching. I’m going back to my limited ingredient dog food. Money was not a factor, butI also believe it’s extremely expensive and my other higher rated limited ingredients dog food is a little less money.

Food is good. My dog loves it but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I had a box that was never delivered so I chatted with the C/S rep online and was told that the credit will be applied to my credit card, which never happened. So I went back on line and chatted with another C/S rep and was told that the credit will be applied to the "next" order and not back to my credit card. However, I was invoiced for the full amount on my next order so this time, I called and was told that the credit is supposed to be applied to the credit card I used for payment. This has been an ongoing battle... The food seems to be good but the low quality of customer service was the reason why my friend who tested them decided not to stay with Pets Table. I agree with her and will be cancelling my membership very soon.

BUYER BEWARE CANCELATION PROBLEM I was told I had 2 weeks to see if my dog liked the TRIAL BOX —but my PayPal account was charged for next 7 weeks order on the 9th day($189.69). When I called them immediately to say my dog did not like it and that I wanted to cancel —I as told the cutoff time to cancel was on the 8th day at 9:59 p.m. I am currently filing a dispute with PayPal against Petstable. BUYER BEWARE!
