Best customer service! A real person answers the phone, always helpful, courteous, enthusiastic about helping, the que doesn't take an hour on hold, and the product makes running a Center much easier as it's very intuitive. Highly recommend TherapyNotes!

First I could hear the person's voice clearly. So many times customer support volume and voice is choppy and difficult. Secondly, the patience of the helper is SO very appreciated for someone as clueless as I am at the moment. They validate my confusion, repeat themselves when I ask, and just seem happy to be helpful.

Customer service is excellent! Having to call customer service can sometimes be met with rudeness or be unhelpful. Therapy Notes provided quick, helpful, and most importantly kind customer service over the phone and followed up with an email summarizing the steps needed to solve my issue. Very impressed with the product and the customer service!
