I had an excellent experience with Therapy Notes support. The call was amazing— the representative was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They made sure I clearly understood the entire process and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated how they checked in along the way to confirm that everything made sense. China provided exceptional support this week. Over the course of roughly four hours across multiple calls, she was consistently patient, professional, and extremely thorough in helping me work through several complex issues related to e-prescribing in TherapyNotes. She took the time to investigate each question carefully rather than providing surface-level answers. She contacted DrFirst (the third-party e-prescribing vendor) while I was on hold to verify information, researched requirements, and worked through the workflow step by step so that we could fully understand what was happening and how to resolve it. At no point did she appear rushed or frustrated, despite the technical complexity of the issues we were troubleshooting. China’s professionalism and persistence made a significant difference in helping me make progress with our prescriber workflows. I also want to note that I genuinely appreciate having access to knowledgeable domestic technical support for complicated matters like e-prescribing. That level of support is valuable, and China represented TherapyNotes extremely well. She is an excellent representative of your support team, and I’m very grateful for the time and expertise she provided.

I was doing my billing on a Sunday, a much dreaded task, and needed support on how to use therapy fuel for my treatment plans. I call for support and got the most pleasant custmer service representative who spent all the time I needed to figure out how to enable the old TX plans for therapy fuel.
