Yesterday I spoke with Courtney regarding how to share the telehealth meeting link to patients. I also shared concerns about intermittent connection issues during those remote sessions, and she went above and beyond to provide the answers I needed. She followed up with an email outlining the resources available to answer my questions as well as how to escalate if necessary. She was very engaging and expressed great empathy to my concerns. Coming from a customer service background, as a manager, this is the level of support I teach with my team to enhance the overall customer experience.
