Always responsive! I had a fluke experience with an intake note not saving. While all signs point to an issue that occurred on my end, I asked if TherapyNotes Support could look at their logs and possibly recover my note. They took the time and while we were not able to recover the note, their willingness to take the time and try to help was incredible service!!
