Dear John Williams,
Thank you for reaching out to share your concerns. We value transparency and feel it is important to provide a clear overview of the situation. As per our records, you signed up with us to start an Amazon store for a total cost of $1,500, with $750 paid upfront and the remianing $750 due upon store approval. However, it later came to light that you had an existing Amazon store suspended under Section 3 of Amazon's terms of service. This information was not disclosed to us at the outset, which significantly impacted the course of our collaboration.
Despite these challenges, we extended complimentary Walmart Automation services as a goodwill gesture. Once we completed the setup and secured your approval on the Walmart platform, you declined to pay the remaining $750 balance, which was agreed upon during sign-up. Unfortunately, this decision went against the initial terms of our agreement.
Regarding your refund request, it was not eligible because the store had already been fully developed for you. The remaining balance was intended to initiate sales operations, but you subsequently refused to allocate inventory as outlined in the contract. Furthermore, you requested that we provide inventory at our expense while retaining all account access and deposits in your name, which is contrary to the agreed-upon terms.
We remain committed to maintaining professionalism and ethical practices in all our dealings. Should you wish to address this matter further, encourage open communication and collaboration to seek a fair resolution.
Ready, Set, Sell!
