THE SPACE SAFE Deceptive advertising
On July 3, 2022, I purchased a safe on their online store (USD870), but after 4.5 years it has not been delivered. On their website the product is presented as available for pre-order and stating as sold out till a few months later. The fact they intentionally hide is that the safe doesn’t exist as it’s still in development since 2021 from a crowdfunding campaign (Kickstarter). This way they elude people buying a non-existing product and get the money… the project has experienced significant development, hardware, manufacturing and financing issues, with repeated delays now destined to failure...they are seeking additional investment to continue the project… Over the years they kept sending updates with justifications for the huge delay and development and kept postponing the delivery dates over the years. I have submitted a refund request, which they acknowledge but stated they couldn’t process it till the product is completed developed, ie, never… Any affected consumer should spread the word on social media and complaint to their countries’ authorities and to USA ones: - Federal Trade Comission: - New Jersey Attorney General / Division of Consumer Affairs The frauders’ address: OH BABY LLC d/b/a SPACE 788 Shrewsbury Ave, Ste 2251 Tinton Falls, NJ 07724-3080
