$900 spent and had to replace my equipment purchased. Came back at least 6 times to get it right, but finally went to another shop and got the proper materials. They tried and tried; I'll give them 4 stars for trying, but one star for results.

Had my vehicle in for a full detailing. Numerous areas of the exterior were skipped completely. So much tire shine was applied that it slung onto the paint after leaving their location. Interior detailing and cleaning was only mediocre. Definitely not worth the $160 paid.

I researched quite a bit prior to deciding to make an investment on retinting my vehicle. I found countless good reviews for this company so I decided to have the work done here. My appointment was on a Friday, the owner was nice enough to allow me drop off the vehicle prior to opening the store. It's nice when a company can accomadate you. So I thought. The work was completed that day and after waiting a week to open/close or clean the Windows, I finally cleaned them and immediately noticed multiple areas where dust was not cleaned along the seals of the window which caused "Pitts" or imperfections in the tint lining all the windows also 2 scratches from the install. I brought the vehicle back to have them look at it and I received a simple, we will replace those windows. I had to bring the vehicle back on a Friday and that job was completed that day. I was hoping the car would look as good or better when I picked it up given the shotty install. Not the case, dirty water stains along the side door panels and dozens water rings on my roof from either the technicians drink or according to the owner, his spray bottle. If you make a mess, clean it up.... The new tint didn't have the pitting issues but it did have a 9" scratch horizontally across one window from the install. I had to bring the vehicle back, yet again for them to look at. Again, I receive a we will replace it. No apology, no sorry for the Inconveince, not a word. Keep in mind, they don't like doing old tint removals or fixing their problems on Saturdays, they made it seem like they were bending over backwards to fit me on a Saturday 2 weeks away @8am... If you pay a premium price for a service that comes with a warranty, I know you'll replace it, it's your fault. The problem is the lack of care or concern for a customers time, vehicle or money. I now need to bring this vehicle back again, mind you at 8am on a Saturday for them to fix the third install problem. I am extremely disappointed in every regard for the lack of care at such a premium price. I wouldn't care if I paid $99 at the swap shop or for some low grade back yard / gas station parking lot installer. But at $229.99 for tint $150 for old tint removal Add tax and shop fees your @$419 I feel it's a joke. If there's any more issues I will take it up with my credit card company.

I got quoted a price on a open box display head unit for my carand when it was time to pay it was $100 more than what the first person told me. When I checked the retail price in the manufacture website (Pioneer) it was listed at a lower price than what I payed for it being that I purchased the display open box head unit

Tint is not 100% aligned in the back windows. Charged me more than he said he would.

I dropped my car off in the morning to get tints done they told me it would be 3-4 hours and should be ready no later than 1 I call them at 12 and the guy tells me they r working on it now will be done within an hour so I went there (I live 30 mins away) only to find out my car was never touched it was still parked where I left it my ride had to leave so I stayed and waited I was there from 12:45 until 6:00 waiting on my car they were rude and liars my tints however came out good but the service was horrible!!!!!!

The detail was done but it did not look to me like i detailed my car. It just looked like a regular car wash to me. I prefer washing car myself rather than going there again since the front windshield was not cleaned properly. Also, i opened the coffee holder tray so that they can clean from inside but nothing was cleaned, they just simply put the tray back as it was previously. They recommend some leather applicator for long life of my leather seats but not sure what was done since i see some stains after the shampoo of leather. The price was real good for a deal to attract customers, but the service provided is of not that high.

After three trips to get an audio unit installed, they finally made it right and did right by me, it was a nightmare experience.
