We have reviewed this order and it appears that the shipper opened an investigation for this shipment and they stated that the item was delivered. We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your order. We do have extended lead times with some manufacturers that may cause a delay and we have that information available on the product page for maximum clarity. Upon investigating this order, it also appears that we sent multiple emails to inform you of the original extended lead time and changes.

Thank you for your review and inquiry. Your order was received on 10/19, you had requested the order to be cancelled on 10/21. Our accounting dept issued credit the next business day on 10/22. As stated to you by our representative all refunds take anywhere from 5-7 business days for the refund to show in your account. We see the refund was cleared out on 10/27, please contact our accounting dept with any further questions at 800-508-4735
