Scammer. Created false sense of urgency, withheld information, tried to collect money under unrelated PayPal account with no DBA record. PayPal and two credit card companies prevented me from sending this scammer my money. However fraudulent transactions were attempted on my cards after sharing with them.

I paid Trademark Patreon $1,750 through Affirm for trademark services after its materials listed five $350 items and represented that both my business name and logo had been filed. When I checked the official USPTO records, I found only one application tied to this provider: a combined words-and-design mark in one class, with $350 in recorded filing fees. I later received two different documents presented as filing receipts that used the same USPTO serial number and filing time for different mark formats. Another serial number sent to me matched an unrelated applicant’s trademark. The official application also displays an electronic signature in my name that I did not enter or authorize. I requested proof, correction, and a refund, but these discrepancies remain unresolved, and I have disputed the $1,750 Affirm purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
