Bought 2 , 1 for each of my large breed dogs. Love everything about the product just wish the pedestal would be more heavy duty. One did seem more solid and stable than the other.

These food and water bowls are perfect. They are clearly much higher quality than the "stainless steel" you can buy at Petsmart. The puzzle bowls took some time for my pups to figure out, but they've got it now with no problem. The magnetic mats are also a huge win. The dishes stay put and do not become chew toys. Are these expensive? Absolutely. However, I think they'll last for years to come. I took one star away only because of shipping. The company ships them with the absolute slowest method, because there is nothing else I order that takes as long as these did. That was a little frustrating. Overall I would definitely buy them again.

Quality seems great, concept is fantastic and I haven’t found anything that compares, but overall I do think product is a bit overpriced. Lots of reviews about customer service and shipping- I had no issues with shipping.

I purchased the medium size puzzle bowl for my 30lb dog. The quality is really nice and durable. I would like to order a large puzzle bowl for my other dog but the cost is the only part holding me back.

It took almost a year and a half to get the color (olive) I wanted, in the size I needed, but the product was worth the wait. Great quality, and looks just as I imagined it would in my space.

Product came as ordered and seems great. Knocking down a star because I only got informed that my order was confirmed and couldn't get any additional info. My order showed up at my door with no further updates. Got it in about a week, but it was strange not being told it was on the way or getting a tracking number. Also, the construction instructions were a little lacking. Not complicated. But they sent 2x the screws needed.

Loved the bowls and mats. Well made and perfect for Cooper (who is a messy drinker). But, when it arrived, it looked like a return that had not been cleaned up. Bowls were visibly used in need of washing and the mat had rings and spots on it as well. Sort of a bummer when paying that much for a premium set.

Let me start by saying I love these bowls. I only wish the water dish was bigger in the medium size. The slow feeder bowl is the perfect size for my medium size dog but we are filling the water up what feels like, ALL THE TIME! Otherwise, these bowls are the best. My sister recommended them to me and I will be passing the recommendation on to other dog owners! Ps. Would love to see a gold/copper option instead of just silver with the colors!
