Magnets dont hold dog bowls down very well with the slow feeders. I like all the pieces, everything is nice but the strenght og the magnet is/was a bit underwhelming. My 33# malionois pushes it off the base every single meal.

I like the products I received. However when I sent multiple emails asking for help (additional magnets, how to tighten the screws from legs to base more...) I never received a response. There is no one to talk to (no number provided) and magnets are not available in the website.....so I'm rating the experience a 3 because no one appears to be interested in Customer Service. Too bad, you have good stuff but I can't recommend the company.

I was hoping the bowls would feel heavier (like a Yeti), but they feel pretty light. I am hoping they will last years - since the price of this set is so high. My order was short one lid (I ordered two sets, but only received 3 lids). Then as far as the stands - one stand is perfect and solid, the other is wobbly. It appears one set of legs has a bowed piece of wood. Overall, I love the product, there's really nothing else on the market like this, but for what they cost I expected a little more quality. The puzzle bowls slow my dogs down a lot, which is the biggest reason for buying them, and I love the aesthetic of them in my kitchen.

Beautiful bowls, but they are simply not big enough. I bought the medium and large. The medium puzzle feeder keeps getting kibble stuck so eventually the dogs will pick it up and move it and still can't get it. I have to get a butter knife to push it out. I would just request a large for both, but the bowls are quite shallow. So even when my 50 lb dog drinks out of that, it gets everywhere and empties fast. I have reached out twice now about a refund and noone has responded. It's been a week since first request. I would not recommend for dog over 50 lbs and definitely go with the large. Sounds like you are stuck with it if it doesn't work out. Editing to respond to Trotpets reply. I did email, last email was August 8th and no response yet.

Not sure if we got the right size. We were recommended to get the medium sized set. We haven’t gotten our puppy yet and we love the bowls, mat & stand - we’re just not sure if the medium is too big for a mini Aussie Shepherd?

I will say that this is a nice product overall, but there a few things that could make it better. First, the wooden stand we got in shipment appeared to be very cheaply made and was chipping and flaking off in a few spots. Once put together it was wobbly and slightly off level. Second, it's advertised as slide-proof and non-tip bowls which I assume is due to the magnets, but those magnets need to be stronger. The slow feeder blow slides around and nearly tips over off the stand during feeding time. I just hope that for the price paid for the complete set TrotPets honors the life time warranty. That being said, is it the last pet bowl you'll ever buy? Maybe, but that all depends how well the stainless steel bowls hold up.

The bowl itself is a good stainless steel slow feeder, however its unfortunate they didnt make a better grip on the bottom because they want you to spend $45 on their special magnetic mat. I've never had dog bowls slide around as much as this one and its expensive to begin with.

There was no instruction sheet included for attaching the stand. And, the silicone tray under the bowls is not dishwasher safe making it more difficult to clean.
