So I bought a slow feeder bowl for my beagle, she had a hard plastic slow feeder bowl but was getting a skin infection on her face so I a bought her the small metal one from Trotpets. This bowl is well made except the things that are supposed to slow her down are way too low (even though in the video on their site, they look taller), so she is still inhaling her food with this bowl. A complete waste of money and it can't be returned once used, so you can't even try it out to make sure it works. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend it.

Nice design. Color absolutely not dark blue and does not reflect picture on the website. It's plain blue. Disappointed.

Have been waiting on a response for 2 weeks.. *update- they responded and approved the return, and for referencing, I did use the suggested method in the reply from the beginning.

My dog knocks the stand over. It’s not sturdy. I was offered no solution. Too expensive. The reply I get from the company is to contact them directly. I have at least three times. Lost cause and big waste of money.

The quality of the bamboo stand is not the best. After assembling the stand it is still loose and wobbly because the legs are uneven.

Return policy is not very good. I ordered the cobalt blue elevated set and the photo of the website of the color clearly does not match the color that was sent. My husband had opened it and used it to feed our dog once before I had a chance to see that the color was incorrect. Sent customer service a photo showing the color didn’t match and they are saying since it was used, they will not refund even though the reason I want to return is because they failed to represent the color accurately. Very expensive product to not have a better return policy. Buyer beware.

We were SO excited for this elevated stand and bowls. Sadly, it does not work for my Labrador. The stand is very wobbly, it wiggles around while he eat. The magnetic hold on the bowl doesn’t hold, if he licks the bowl it comes loose. It’s looks nice!! Just the quality isn’t great. If you have smaller dogs it probably would work!

Manufacturing on bowls is not great. There was a rust spot on one bowl and another seems to have poor weld connections. I really like the concept of the bowls but don’t think the production quality equals the cost of the bowls.
