The customer service was excellent!
The customer service was excellent! Our order arrived and one of the items, the Mat was warped and so I contacted customer service and they said they would send a replacement.

I've ordered twice with Trot Pets in…
I've ordered twice with Trot Pets in the last couple months. I got the elevated stand, tray, food and water bowls. They arrived quickly and the stands were easy to assemble. Everything is solid and holding up well. I put the bowls in my dishwasher and have no issues with them. I'm happy with them and my dogs seem to be happy with them too.

This dog bowl mat is an excellent product and has made feeding time much cleaner and easier. It does a great job catching water splashes, food crumbs, and spills, helping keep my floors clean and protected. The mat stays securely in place and doesn’t slide around, even when my dog gets excited during meals. The material is durable, easy to wipe clean, and dries quickly. It is the perfect size for food and water bowls and looks great in the feeding area. Magnetic dog bowls
Received the order quickly. Base easy to put together. Footprint is small so it doesn't take up a lot of space in the kitchen where the magnetic owl and stand are.
