Quality seems great. My package unfortunately, arrived severely damaged. All three bowls had severe damage to them that has more to do with the delivery service not the business that I purchased these from the only reason for a four star rating is how shallow the slow feeder figuration is I wish it was a little bit taller to make it a bit more challenging for the dogs . The small size that says 1-2 cups Will definitely hold that amount however you will only get a slow feeder coverage for about 3/4 of a cup. I would order these again for my raw dogs because I can smash the raw food down in it, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it if I am truly a dog down.

I would have given a five star but I had to Order a stool that was real low cause the middle size was out of stock. That was disappointing for sure considering they run close to $50.00 just for the stool And my dog will grow out of the tiny stool right away. Oh well. The bowls are quality, bright and cheerful. I’m sure they will be enjoyed and one day I’ll order the correct size. Can’t help that they’re such great quality and attractive that they keep selling out! LOL

Love them! I got the large (green) complete set. Perfect size for my English Creme Golden Retriever. I live Hawai’i and they do not ship here so I had to have it shipped via a 3rd party and had to shell out extra. But well worth it. I for see these being the last bowls i have to buy again!

Nice looking and well made but my puppy is able to easily dump the bowls over unfortunately.

Bought 3 sets. The slow feeders definitely help my dogs eat slower. I did have an issue with the bowls but the company was quick to help and resolve my concerns. Very happy with my purchases.

The good: Quality elevated bowl sets. The Bad: Customer service. I was told they are short staffed. I ordered two bowl sets and only one set shipped and then I couldn't get a response from customer service chat, email, or IG on what was happening with the second set. Customer service chat said they would need to ask the warehouse and get back to me. They never got back to me. I had to be the one to keep asking. The IG person doesn't handle "logistics" so that person said they would get back to me. At some point I was finally told that both of my sets had shipped on the same day. That's not what the email shipment notification said, though. At that point I didn't even believe anything I was being told because it sounded like no one at Trot communicates well or knows what they are doing. There is no follow up if they tell you they will. I read online they are under new ownership, but they need to step up their customer service game and send correct information to the customer who is paying $250+ for dog bowl sets. Good luck everyone!

I love the look but a bit pricey. Magnet on food bowl doesn't really keep the bowl in place that well. My Oscar woofs his food down but bowl does seem to slow him down some. He also has a long snout so the large size is perfect.

This is a solid product that is exactly what I was looking for! Would have given it one more star but for the fact that I wish the water dish was bigger/taller so it doesn’t splash out onto table, and I would not have to refill it as often. Love it otherwise!!! Was tough picking the right color, but am super happy with the Blue.
