I have now bought about 5 items on TrueFacet. Every single purchase has been awesome. Items are always as described or in better condition. Also outstanding customer service (especially Rachel and Alison! Though I'm sure everyone else must also be super as well). Delivery is prompt and through UPS with signature so it's secure. Highly recommend TrueFacet as an excellent jewelry store.

I found a beautiful Carrera y carrera (a spanish designer) necklace that looked brand new on their website. They made sure it go here on time for my anniversary. It arrived right on time and in mint condition. Absolutely gorgeous. I'm sure I saved my husband several thousand dollars. Thanks Truefacet!!

I initially had some difficulty with TrueFacet, but when I brought my issues to their attention, I ended up receiving exceptional customer service (from a rep named Rachel, who seems to feature in many of these reviews) and could not be happier with my transaction. There are many horror stories about people buying high end watches on the internet, and this was my first time using TrueFacet, so I went into things a little nervous. I bought an expensive watch, which arrived in the box with all the papers and in perfect (unworn) condition just as advertised. The price was not only well below the MSRP, but was also a better deal than on any other website I saw (e.g. Chrono24, JomaShop, etc.). My local dealer has verified my watch as authentic and I am thrilled to have it for the price I paid. Suffice it to say that I am a totally satisfied customer and feel that I got superb value for money from TrueFacet.
