We want to assure you, all our caskets passing detailed 8 steps control after manufacturing process, and only if casket passed it, we pack it to the thick carton package with styrofoam protection on the base, sides and extra protection on the each corner.
The caskets is the only product we sell, we pay great attention to the quality of our products and the safety of their transportation. We understand that quality matters, and first of all it is the image and face of our company.
Typically, all the funeral homes check all the caskets in therms of the scratches and any kind of the damages before accept them from third party sellers, and if the casket was accepted, that means casket was in the perfect condition at the moment of delivery.
Unfortunately, not all funeral homes show the same deep concern about funeral products, especially if the casket was bought from a third-party seller like us. Buying casket from us, the funeral home missing the opportunity to earn an additional 2-3 thousand in profits. The coffin can be scratched even with a clerical knife during the unpacking process. also, keep in mind, that this is a rather heavy item, the weight of an empty casket is about 200 pounds and after delivery and unpacking, it can be easily damaged if it's not been carefully moved from the storage to the preparation room and from there to viewing table.
