Katie was amazing
Katie was amazing! My package was misdelivered to the wrong address. I reached out to Support and she helped me stay calm, had me open a claim with UPS and immediately reached out to the pharmacy to resend. She continued to stay in contact with my in a positive way and I received my replacement shipment today! What a great experience!
