Totally empathize with your concerns that we are a scam, but I'm sure you can also empathize - we are definitely not. Negative reviews calling us scams really hurts our business. If you could please take the time to reconsider this review, as we've really tried to go above and beyond to make this right for you (although I will admit it is an extremely annoying inconvenience for you). As you just wanted the product that you ordered originally in a timely manner. However, unfortunately, when the shipping companies lose the order in the mail, it's totally out of our control, and there's nothing we can do, aside from offering you a full refund and a free replacement - depending on which you prefer. If you could please take the time to reconsider this review, that would be amazing as negative reviews really hurt our small business. Thank you so much.

Hi, We want to clarify the situation regarding your order and your recent review. You were given a full refund for the product. The only amount not refunded was the minimal shipping fee—which is paid directly to the logistics provider, not to us. That fee goes straight to the shipping company, and once paid, it's not something we can recover or refund on their behalf. Despite this, we still refunded your product in full and even offered to send a free replacement. To claim that we “took your money” and “didn’t refund you” is simply untrue—and publicly stating that is unfair and misleading. If a few dollars in non-refundable shipping fees is truly worth leaving a one-star review—despite receiving a full refund and a resolution offer—that’s disappointing. If it’s that important, we can cover the shipping fee out of our own pocket just to resolve this in good faith, but let’s be clear: we’ve already gone above and beyond to make this right. We’re a small business that stands by our customers, and we hope you’ll consider representing the situation honestly.

In fact, transparency is one of our core values. We’ve always responded truthfully when asked where we are based: our company is headquartered in the US, and we ship from Asia at this time due to our global fulfilment operations serving customers in the US, UK, and Australia. We clearly stated this in our comments, but it seems only part of the message may have been read or interpreted out of context. Unfortunately, due to the volume and nature of your repeated spam comments for multiple days, we made the difficult decision to block you from our social pages. This was not taken lightly, but was necessary to maintain a respectful and constructive environment. For total transparency so everyone else can see, this is the below comment we made on socials that Em is claiming false advertising. I hope everyone can see for themselves that in fact we were EXTREMELY transparent. We are a US based company with an Australian founder. We operate out of the US now as that's where the predominant part of the business is for us (we started in Aus). So whilst we're based in the US now we have the same expectation on quality control and ingredients that Australian companies and consumers have (zero BS ingredients, all natural, no fillers, no sugar and other questionable things some companies use). Just the raw and pure compounds that are all lab tested to ensure the highest quality assurance. Our ingredients are sourced and compounded in Asia as we are selling globally to the US, UK, Australia all at once. So for logistical purposes we had to choose a central point. Over 97% of raw ingredients are sourced from Asia regardless of where they're compounded (US/AUS). We know this because we worked with the big manufacturers and they all sourced from Asia (you can even fact check us with a google search). So we decided to cut the middle man out and pass the savings onto the customer. That's why we can fit 2 months supply in one container for an affordable price. Also we personally inspect the manufacturer's facility where it is compounded to ensure extremely high levels of quality, as well as having the ingredients lab tested.
