I was previously getting name brand Zepbound from a different telehealth company, but it was a bit too expensive. Trillium offered basically the same thing for hundreds less. The switch was pretty seamless. I just answered a few questions, took a picture of the KwikPen I was previously prescribed, and the doctor got right back to me with a prescription. I was able to order 3 months of medication with the flexibility to titrate up or stay on my current dose. Delivery was super quick and it included all the supplies I would need for the 3 month period. Customer service is extremely attentive and helpful, particularly on the Trillium Reddit forum. They respond quickly and kindly to all sorts of questions. I cannot recommend Trillium enough.

Right so, don’t be scared by the low star reviews. There ought to be an IQ test or something for using compounded tirzepatide. Basically, if you’ve done your research (ie Reddit), know what you’re trying to do, and can figure out how to confirm dosage, you can 100% rely on Trillium to get what you pay for and to give good customer support. If you are clueless about GLP-1’s and need a doctor to hold your hand and explain things like you’re 5, then talk to your doctor and get ripped off for name brand pens. It’s up to you!

There are many telehealths out there, but Trillium’s customer service and dedication to the patient experience is what sets them apart. If something goes wrong, they’re going to get it fixed (whether it was their fault or not). They are incredibly quick and responsive. I have used other companies and people need to realize that these guys are so far and above everyone else it’s almost laughable! You can risk your money on the shady practices that cost a bit less, but I am at a point in my life where I don’t find that to be worth the stress when it comes to my medicine and I know you really do get what you pay for!

Trillium has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I had an issue with an order and they sent a replacement the next day with Saturday delivery! I could not have been more pleased with the services I’ve received from them. Highly recommended!

Amazing from beginning and now even after 2 months. Read a couple of reviews that say the support or clinic takes forever to get back. Even at 2 months into this I get a response fairly quick. I’m in Hawaii so I know if I message at 8pm my time I’m not going to get an answer till the next morning cause people even trillium needs to sleep💤💤 Amazing support, from group forum on Reddit, customer service is top notch, product choice is amazing. Could not be any more happier with my choice for my 1st round of 3 months
